Website hosting and delivery

This website is provided via Lovable. Cloudflare is used for network, delivery and security functions. When you visit this website, technical connection data may be processed, including your IP address, the time of access, the page requested and information about your browser. This processing helps us operate the website securely and reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The fonts used are delivered locally by the website. No fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Enquiries and email delivery

When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, message, page URL and user agent. The data is stored in the existing Supabase contact system. A function within that system uses Lovable Emails to send a notification to Stefan Wenzel and a confirmation email to the address you provide.

Processing takes place to respond to your enquiry and to carry out pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other matters, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. There is no newsletter sign-up.

Processing by service providers

When we use the service providers listed above, personal data may be processed outside the European Union. Specific processing locations, contractual arrangements or safeguards for third-country transfers are not asserted here without separate verification. On request, we will provide you with the further information available about the processing of your personal data within the scope of your statutory rights.

Data retention

We store personal data only for as long as it is required to respond to and resolve your enquiry. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Essential local storage

This website only stores in your browser whether you have already dismissed the storage notice. You can reopen the notice at any time via “Storage notice” in the footer. No analytics or marketing cookies are set; the visitor statistics built into the hosting platform are disabled.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR under Art. 21 GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR.
